The fried catfish was delicious along with the coleslaw, tartar sauce and corn bread.... The cashier who waited on us did so in an excellent way....
Great food! Good service. This is a little place they have a few indoor tables and more outside. It seems like a lot of people get the food to go. I will go back.
I've been family friends with the banks for over 15 years. This is some of the best fish I've ever had. Even tho I don't live in Wichita anymore, I always make it a point to stop by and see Johnny and get some fish to go!
Don't let the size of the building fool you, they put out some of the best catfish and ribs I've had in a long time. Even the sides, like the okra, were great. Not a lot of room to sit, but who cares when the food is that good. I highly recommend this place, come try it out.
Absolutely delicious and best fried okra and fried catfish in Wichita Kansas. I get the whole catfish and it is perfection every time. The okra is hand breaded and absolutely fantastic as well.
The best catfish and okra I've probably ever had! And their tarter is so stinking good! Crispy catfish, crispy okra, perfectly cooked. Oh and they sell Wichita Cheesecake Factory cheesecakes. Tiny whole in the wall place with a table... maybe 2... mostly to go orders. Glad they painted a mural on the building. I missed it the first couple of times I tried to go.
Everything was good fish good fries and okra is good, just a little greasy. Very friendly atmosphere and I'll be back to try something different and would recommend fish and more to my friends or family
